How do you encourage your kids to step away from the screen for some active play? Target Mommy Ambassador Soleil Moon Frye has a few ideas! Between smartphones, tablets and TVs, the L.A.-based mom routinely reminds her two adorable daughters to get up and get moving. Below, she shares a few no-fail tips to get kids interested in a healthy dose of fitness fun.

2. Think beyond the blacktop: Every once in a while, throw the play date of all play dates.
