What could be better than meeting—let alone goofing off with—your favorite pro athletes? That’s exactly what kids at Target House of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital got to do earlier this month.
Every year, Target invites partners to the Target House Carnival to help make it an unforgettable experience for the patients and families staying there.
This year, four of Target’s Olympic hopefuls— Shaun White, Simon Dumont, Torin Yater-Wallace and Roz G—and Target’s Chip Ganassi racing team—Dario Franchitti, Scott Dixon and Juan Pablo Montoya—made their way to Memphis for the action-packed affair. From visiting patients in their rooms to joining them in gunny sack races and silly string fights, the athletes brought joy and inspiration any way they could. And in a tribute to The Lion King, everyone was treated to a thrilling musical performance. Take a look, below!
